Hello? It’s me…..

Hello. It’s me again. It almost sounds like a bad break up and reconciliation attempt, right?

I’ve spent the last year in a space where I felt it wasn’t safe to share my thoughts with the outside world. The last year and a half has been a time that’s hard to put into words. I faded into myself, just trying to find stability and strength in the Lord. Even then, my posts were hit and miss before then.

I’ve felt the Lord quietly stirring in my soul to start writing again; to share pieces of my life, His word, and encourage those around me. Even as I began to toy with the thought of getting back at it, the devil started fighting. When you chase God, you can be sure the Devil will be hot on your trails, chasing right after you. I even made the point of drafting yesterday that “I’m in a slow season now and I appreciate it! It’s like a breath of fresh air after the rain and storms.” And then the war began.

I want to share with you where I’ve been, what God has brought me through. How He restores what you think is lost and where I find my identity. The enemy may want to shut me down, but here we are.

Anyways, life’s a journey, and I’m inviting you to journey along. Let’s navigate the spiritual warfare and messy life together. After all, life’s a beautiful journey that leads to an even more wondrous destination.
